COVID-19 SCREENING
& TESTING 
LifeForce Healthcare is proactively assisting our community with COVID-19 screening and testing. If you are currently feeling sick or need a COVID-19 test in order to return to school or work call us for a screening by one of our providers.

  • Testing can be performed on symptomatic and asymptomatic patients. 
  • Results are available in 2days. 
  • We accept most insurances and do not require a copay for Covid visits. There is no additional fee for COVID-19 diagnostic testing.
