What services does LifeForce Healthcare offer?We offer the same services you would expect from an in-person doctor's office. We provide: Comprehensive assessments Physical exams Medication prescriptions and management Blood work and lab testing X-rays, ultrasounds, and other diagnostic imaging Sleep apnea assessment Palliative and hospice care oversight Home Health oversight Diabetic care COPD, CHF, and Hypertension care Wound care Oxygen and DME evaluations

What insurances do you accept?We accept most insurances, including Medicare, Medicaid, United Healthcare, Humana, Aetna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Please note, most insurances have exceptions and coverge will vary dependeing on the plan you have. Our staff will verify your insurance eligibility prior to your first visit. We will gladly check with your insurance company for you at no charge to see if you in network.

What happens if there is an emergency?In the event of an emergency, you should always dial 911. If you go to the hospital please let us know when possible. If there is a non-emergent but urgent medical issues, we will see you as soon as possible. Report the issue to 352-873-3800.

Can I choose which doctor or nurse practitioner I would like to have?Due to the nature of of business and in an effort to remian cost-effective and efficient, our providers are assigned to specific geographic areas to provide care within. However, if you have a preference contact our office and we will do our best to accomadate the request if at all possible. Please note, all of our providers are fully licensed, board certified and happy to manage your medical care.

Will my LifeForce provider be my primary care provider, or can I see my "regular" doctor, as well?"In most instances, our providers will service as your Primary Care Provider or PCP. You may, however, still see specialists and we are happy to make referrals, as indicated.
